CPU thermal grease is a paste, which is made of special silicone oil as base oil, new metal oxide as filler, with a variety of functional additives, and processed by a specific process. It has good thermal conductivity, temperature resistance, insulation properties, is an ideal medium material for heat-resistant devices, and stable performance, will not produce corrosive gas in use, will not affect the metal in contact. The role of CPU thermal grease is to accelerate heat conduction, increase the contact area, and fill the gap between the CPU iron cover and the radiator.
How to paint CPU thermal grease
1, preparation: Before operating the CPU, ensure that the power is off and unplug the power cable, ensure that the CPU and the heat sink surface are clean, without any old thermal grease or dirt.
2, appropriate smear: Take an appropriate amount of thermal grease (usually the size of a grain of rice) on the metal surface of the CPU center. The amount of thermal grease applied should not be too much or too little, and should be controlled within the appropriate range.
3, uniform application: Use a cotton swab or special scraper, the thermal grease in a uniform thickness on the entire CPU metal surface. You can use a scraper to scrape several times on the CPU surface so that the thermal grease covers the entire CPU metal surface more evenly.
4, no pressure: No pressure is required when applying thermal grease, just gently apply it. Excessive pressure may damage the metal pins of the CPU.
5, clean up excess: If excessive application of thermal grease during the application process, you can use non-woven cloth or cotton swab to wipe excess thermal grease. Ensure that the treated surface still has an even coating of thermal grease.
6. Install a heat sink: After applying thermal grease, gently place the heat sink on top of the CPU. Ensure that the heat dissipation plate of the heat sink is in full contact with the metal surface of the CPU coated with thermal grease.

Use method and precautions of thermal grease
The adhesive sealing surface should be clean, the top of the nozzle should be cut off and sealed according to the dosage, put it on the packaging mouth, apply it to the construction surface (thickness should not exceed 6mm), and put it in the air. The surface of this product can lose its adhesive shape (surface dry) at room temperature for 3-10 minutes, and it will be completely cured after 24 hours. The heating of this product can not significantly change its curing speed.
Unused adhesive material should be sealed and stored. When used again, if there is a little crust at the seal, it can be removed without affecting normal use. Glue in the storage process, the nozzle may also appear a small amount of curing phenomenon, can be removed after normal use, does not affect the performance of the product. The storage period is 6 months (25℃).
This product is non-dangerous goods, but do not import and eye.
This product cannot be mixed with other types of colloids!
Requirements for packaging, storage and transportation of thermal grease
Transportation: Domestic (CN-GB), international (IMO, IATA, UN) no regulations. They are non-dangerous goods.
Packaging:
① The packaging of the material has a certain protective and sealing effect on the material to ensure that the material is not damaged during transportation.
② The packing box should have the product model, name, quantity and the manufacturer's trademark, production batch and other information.
③ The packing box should meet the requirements of moisture, shock, pressure and mildew.
Storage: Packaged products should be stored in a cool and dry environment below the ambient temperature of 26 ° C, and there should be no acid and alkali in the surrounding air
Sexual or other corrosive gases, under the above conditions, can be stored for six months from the date of production, during which the material is still qualified.
