Weighing: Accurately weigh components A and B, and mix thoroughly according to the ratio of 1:1 (mass). Before weighing, components A and B should be stirred separately to evenly disperse the settled filler into the glue liquid. , so as not to affect the colloidal properties;

Mixing: Mix the rubber thoroughly and evenly by hand or machine so that the rubber has a uniform color. When using the manual glue filling process, be careful not to add too much glue at one time, otherwise the fluidity will be reduced later and it will be difficult to fill the glue;

Degassing: It is recommended to place the evenly mixed rubber material in a vacuum cabinet for degassing, and use vacuuming to remove the air entrained during the mixing process;

Potting: Pour the bubble-free glue into the device to complete the potting operation. The surface of the device and the mixing container should be kept clean and dry before potting.

Curing: Curing the potted device at room temperature. The viscosity of the mixed colloid will gradually increase over time, so care should be taken to control the potting within the operable time.

This product is non-dangerous, but please keep it out of your mouth or eyes.

Store in a cool, dry place away from rain and sunlight. The shelf life is six months under unopened conditions at 26°C.

This product cannot be mixed with other types of colloids!

Packaging, storage and transportation requirements for two-component flame retardant and thermally conductive potting adhesive

Transportation: There are no regulations for domestic (CN-GB) and international (IMO, IATA, UN). It is a non-dangerous goods.

Package:

Storage: Products packaged in boxes should be stored in a cool, dry environment with an ambient temperature below 26°C. There should be no acid, alkaline or other corrosive gases in the surrounding air. Under the above conditions, the storage period can be six months from the production date. The material remains qualified within these six months.
