五、Process used

1、Clean material surfaces

2、Evenly pour the glue onto the surface of the material.

3、Irradiate with ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 365 nanometers until the adhesive layer has fully cured. When irradiating, the UV lamp should consider the adhesive as much as possible to accelerate the curing speed.

4、After UV irradiation and solidification, if there is still adhesive overflow around it, tools can be used to scrape it off.

1、Ensure that the adhesive layer absorbs sufficient ultraviolet energy to achieve the best curing effect, otherwise it may affect the adhesive performance of the adhesive layer.

2、The remaining glue should not be returned to the original packaging and should be stored in a sealed room away from light, avoiding contact with children.

七、Storage conditions

Please store in a cool, light proof, sealed, ventilated, and cool place. After opening the bottle cap, please cover it properly. Do not pour the glue back into the original packaging bottle until it is used up. The optimal storage temperature is between 8 and 25 ℃, and high or low temperatures can affect the performance of the adhesive.

This product is packaged in black plastic bottles with specifications of 50ml, 250ml, and 1000ml. It should be stored in a dry and cool place (below 25 ℃). The shelf life of this product is within 12 months from the date of manufacture.
