SD622-59 is a one-component, UV-curable, acrylic adhesive. This product is specially designed for the bonding, fixing and coating protection of electronic components; The product has the characteristics of medium viscosity, good weather resistance, and good strength to difficult-to-stick substrates.

Cure conditions for one-component UV light-curing adhesives

SD622-59 cures under sufficient UV exposure, and the speed and depth of the cure depends on the light intensity, the spectral distribution of the light source, the irradiation time, and the light transmittance of the adhered material. The following data were measured under UV radiation of 20 MW/cm2 from a high-pressure mercury lamp:

Please store in a cool and dark place, please close the cap after opening the cap, and do not pour the glue back to the original bottle before it is used up. The best storage temperature is 8-28°C, too high or too low will affect the performance of the glue, and the shelf life is 8 months.
